What support programs are available from Inventum?

Inventum products come with a product warranty & certain number of free support calls. Beyond this free period, you may purchase an annual maintenance contract or pay for support calls per incident.

How do I register my product for service & warranty coverage?

All products need to be registered at the time of purchase. If you have note registered yet, please email your registration request to support including your product serial number.

My product is out of warranty, how do I get support?

You have 2 choices - Either you may pay per incident of support or extend your coverage for another 12 months by opting for a support contract. Please check the rates & contact support with your preferred choice..
