Customers are also advised to register their products at the earliest to ensure regular updates & communications from Inventum.

Forms & Documents
- RMA Form PDF - required when sending products back to Inventum for repairs. Please ensure you have first raised a ticket and obtained confirmation for RMA along with shipping instructions. If not, please register a ticket describing problem with the equipment in question.
- RMA Form DOC - form in Microsoft Word (97) format.
