Sachin Mehra, Managing Director & Co-Founder
With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sector, Sachin heads the management team at Inventum.
Before co-founding Inventum, Sachin was at ICICI Venture, India’s largest venture capital firm where he was responsible for technology investments. Prior to this position he had co-founded and was CTO of SpectraNet (division of Punj Lloyd Limited), India’s first optical broadband company back in 1998.
Sachin has also been involved in various capacities with Digital Future International Limited, T-Net and Pacific Advantage International Limited. Sachin serves on the board of several publically listed companies in his capacity as an independant director & advisor. He is based in New Delhi, India.
Craig R. Hall, President & Senior Executive Director
Craig Hall joined Inventum in 2008 and brings management experience in technology sales, marketing, and business development.
Mr. Hall has held senior executive positions with Alcatel, Flexlight and Nortel where he led teams which generated revenues in excess of $1B for the companies. After Alcatel, Craig joined USA-based Bolsa Magari Group and Flexlight Networks (GPON innovator company) where he was responsible for sales and distribution partnerships with the first Gigabit PON deployments in the US, China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, India, Indonesia and Brazil markets.
Craig was educated at the University of Utah. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Sloan Foundation / Columbia Institute for Tele-Information (CITI) at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business in New York City and the Carnegie Mellon University Trustee’s 10-year Computing and Communication Planning Group. Prior to his 20 years in telecommunications, Craig was in New York City and Washington, D.C. working in government and financial positions.
Padam J. Singh, VP Engineering & Co-Founder
Padam Singh has signifcant experience in designing and architecting IP solutions, Padam is the force behind many of Inventum's innovations. Padam is active in Open Software activity in many forums and is well know in technology circles. He has a bachelors degree in Mathematical Sciences, Delhi University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Wayne A. Merrick, Director
Wayne Merrick is presently the CEO of Pacific Advantage International, a leading business development firm in the Asia-Pacific region. As head of Pacific Advantage, Wayne helps US technology firms get sales traction in the Asia-Pac market. Prior to Pacific Advantage, Wayne has been the Regional Managing Director (Asia Pacific) for Juniper Networks.
Larry Leong, Director
Larry Leong has extensive sales & marketing experience in the Asia-Pacific region and has helped Inventum gain traction in the region. Larry's previous engagements include Regional Director for RSA and more recently IT Architect, Strategic Outsourcing with IBM ASEAN/SA.
